Refund Policy

The Complete Edition comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. OG, an optional upgrade in the app, is final.

- OG is an optional one-time upgrade inside the app. It is not refunded, except for billing errors or where the law requires.
- Nothing renews: the Complete Edition and OG are one-time payments.
1. Complete Edition: 14-day money-back guarantee
MK Trading Desk · Complete Edition is the $19 bundle of The RULES nobody explains, Winning from Within, Reading the Waves, MK Trading Desk and Supporter. If it isn't worth it to you, email support@mindkinetic.app within 14 days of buying, with your order number, and we refund the full $19. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are paid through Whop to your original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A refund ends the books' access and Supporter.
2. Check it fits your setup
MK Trading Desk needs Windows 10 (version 2004) or later and MetaTrader 5. Once installed, the whole trading desk is free to use, so you can check that it works with your PC, your MT5 and your broker before you choose OG. If anything doesn't work, write to us. We're glad to help, and the Complete Edition's 14-day guarantee covers you.
3. After you pay
Payments for OG are non-refundable.
We will always refund:
- billing errors, such as being charged twice for the same thing;
- a plan we could not deliver, if MK Trading Desk does not run on your supported Windows PC and we cannot fix it within 14 days of you reporting it;
- any case where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.
4. Nothing to cancel
The Complete Edition and OG are one-time payments, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
5. Customers in the EU and UK
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and services, that right ends once delivery starts with your agreement. When you buy a plan and start using its paid features straight away, you agree to that and accept that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. This does not affect the Complete Edition's 14-day money-back guarantee, or your other legal rights, including your rights if MK Trading Desk is faulty.
6. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@mindkinetic.app with your order number and what went wrong. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid through Whop, our payment provider, to your original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A refund ends the plan it paid for.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most problems are solved faster by email, and a chargeback can pause your plan while it is reviewed.
